HAPPY NEW YEAR’S MESSAGE OF THANKS

HAPPY NEW YEAR’S MESSAGE OF THANKS

I want to take this moment to thank all of the DPT family: therapists, parents, caregivers and children, as 2020 comes to a close.  It has been a year none of us could have predicted or anticipated.  We did an amazing job.  We never quit at Darling Pediatric Therapies.  We continued to provide the best therapy services we could for our families.  All of you adapted to telehealth when that was what was called for to provide therapy.  Therapists were creative in telehealth and parents and caregivers became true therapy assistants.  We adapted to a different way of treating back in the clinic with a more social distanced approach.  We became even more conscientious of our cleaning and wiping down surfaces between use and continued to wash our hands and everyone else’s too.  We mask when we need to and always respect everyone’s wishes.  We have covered for one another and helped out with schedule changes and needs, as they arose.  We are learning that some of those temporary changes we made back in March, have not been so temporary.   We continue to adapt to the rules and regulations of the CDC and the Governor of Georgia.  We adapt.  We make it work.  We are therapists and families of children with special needs and we do therapy well.  We will continue to meet the needs of our community as we head into 2021, as a DPT family.  And we will do it in the same fashion and dedication to the safety and well-being of all, as we did in 2020.

We are an amazing team and I thank each and every one of you for being part of the DPT family.   As it is the sum of our parts that make us a success.

I wish you all a happy and healthy New Year,

Darlene
