Darlene Robertson

“I love to see the feeling of accomplishment in children when they realize they can do something they weren’t able to do before I treated them.”

For almost three decades Darlene has treated children with special needs. From her start at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital until the opening of her new clinic in Roswell, Georgia, she has helped many families see the progress and development of their children. After graduating University of Florida and Florida International University as an Occupational Therapist, Darlene embarked on an international traveling therapist crusade learning and helping children from Alaska to the Soviet Union to Chicago and more.

Arrived in GA in 1999, she has worked as head O.T. for Children’s Health Care of Atlanta at Scottish Rite Hospital, she also earned diverse roles in aquatics, hippotherapy, and splinting as well as Neonatal Intensive Care at Emory Crawford Long Hospital. Darlene was a member of the Brachial Plexus Team which gave her extensive interaction with some of Atlanta’s finest Pediatric Neurosurgeons. With a certification in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) she is able to treat patients with more complex neurological disorders.

In August of 2009 Darlene opened a full service pediatric therapy clinic in Roswell, Georgia serving a 30 mile radius of children who want and need special training.

STAFF:
