We are very fortunate at Darling Pediatric Therapies to have an outstanding billing team and office manager.  Our billing team checks benefits PRIOR to your first appointment. We do everything in our power to get your claims processed correctly.  We file appeals when necessary and make sure claims are processed as they should be per the GA insurance commissioner.  Our office manager, Pam Gross, has an extensive background in special needs and the GA Medicaid deeming waiver.  Pam is a parent of a special needs young adult and she graciously shares her knowledge and personal experience with our families going through the application process or ones having struggles with “the system”.
