SENSORY SAFE CHANGES BEING MADE AT DPT

SENSORY SAFE CHANGES BEING MADE AT DPT

Our former ball pit has been repurposed. We just had the grand opening of the CRASH PIT. It has received rave reviews by our most loyal ball pit fans. It provides great input to our kids when they jump in while giving some nice balance challenges. The most important part is the ease of cleaning between use. This can easily be replicated at home using and existing ball pit or making crash pads out of duvet covers.

SHAVING CREAM exploration is replacing our bean box. We will be using it for sensory exploration as well as a medium for drawing and writing. Shaving cream can be used on a flat surface to practice drawing shapes and letters. Using shaving cream at your home in the bath tub is a great way to continue your child’s sensory exploration with super easy clean up.
